Necessary items in accordance with product property such as our customer's knowledge on goods, purchase experience, purpose of purchase, assets status are comprehensively taken into account.
In that way, we provide explanation and offer that suit customer's intentions and circumstances.
We offer appropriate explanation on details of risks, especially with investment products that involve market risks.
We do not bother customers as we carefully consider soliciting time, place and means.
Also, important matters on the products will be relevantly explained so that customers will have the right understanding. Proper explanation based on sales types is offered.
◆Responses on Various Matters
We respond to inquiries from customers quickly, properly and politely.
In the case of claiming insurance, we respond adequately, appropriately and courteously.
We make the best use of suggestions and requests from customers.
We act in compliance with the Insurance Business Law, Laws regarding the sales of financial products, the Consumer Contract Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws.
To implement proper sales, we improve office work management and provide training for salespeople.
Having respect for customers' privacy, we deal with information about customers properly and strictly.
Regarding the insurance contracts with minors, especially when the insured are under fifteen of age, we endeavor to solicit with at most care to avoid insurance fraud.
